I often place orders with Teckwrap because I use their products for my small business, but lately they’ve really made a mess of things.
I received a completely different weeding tool than the one shown on the product page. The tool I got is sharp on all sides and painful to hold, the edges of the pen are actually sharper than the knife inside it. It is definitely not safe or comfortable to use.
On top of that, I placed a separate order for a mega roll for €160.07. Since it was out of stock/discontinued, I asked to cancel that order because that roll was the main reason for my order. Instead of refunding the full amount, I only got €128.27 back, leaving €31.80 missing? Despite emailing them several times, my messages are being ignored.
They took my money, sent me a different product, and are now refusing to respond. This feels like scamming customers outright, and it is completely unacceptable.
