use some water and just straight up slap it to your window. its awesome. super easy to use, definitely get more than what you think you need though, i ran out halfway. does more of an all over aurora effect rather than shards of light, its really pretty. 10/10 will be buying again
I ordered 3 of these sets, and each one contained one sheet that did not match the product description. I experienced a more serious issue with the Beginner HTV sets. I ordered 2 of those, and about half of the sheets in each set did not match the product description at all.
When I contacted customer service, they just edited the product pages and acted as if the mistake was mine for not reading the description properly. I have screenshots showing that the descriptions were different at the time of my purchase. After clarifying this, my messages were ignored.
Changing product descriptions after a purchase and using those changes to deny a proper solution is considered a misleading commercial practice.
This is especially disappointing because the products themselves are actually good. Unfortunately, the poor customer service completely ruins the experience, and I did not receive the products I paid for, if you wanna know what you are buying don't get these sets.
I purchased to TeckWrapCraft Printable Heat Transfer Paper to use on Cotton shirts with images that I could print. I love the product! It has expanded my options to make shirts quickly and with products that are already available to me in my craft room.
I ordered 2 Beginner HTV packs and in both received 7 sheets that were nothing like the advertised colours. Customer service claimed the info was on their website, but I have screenshots and a timestamped PDF proving it wasn’t at the time of my order.
After I complained, they updated the website and tried to claim the information had always been there. I paid good money, plus import costs, expecting the colours shown, not random replacements that weren’t even the same material.
Very disappointing experience. The products themselves are good, but the service is unbelievable. I cannot recommend these sets if you expect to get what is actually advertised.
This product worked great on a darker hoodie. Very happy with the outcome.
I was skeptical that the color would get vibrant but it really does! It take a a bit for the glass to get cold but once it does the colors really show up! Very pleased

ich habe die Beginner Box bestellt und die "Glückliche Box ". Leider war es unmöglich die beiden Boxen in meinem Paket zu unterscheiden. Ich hab während einer Aktion Black friday bestellt, wo geworben wurde " ab 200€ gibt es 3 Rollen gratis". Auch das ist mir absolut nicht ersichtlich , ob ich das überhaupt bekommen habe. Es steht leider nirgends eine Anzahl wie viele Rollen in welchem Paket geliefert werden. daher frage ich mich, wo sind also die gratis Rollen und habe ich die richtig Anzahl an HTV überhaupt bekommen ? Versteht mich nicht falsch, ich liebe die Folie, aber man kann nicht ganz sehen was in welchem Paket ist und ob die Menge überhaupt stimmt.
Zusätzlich zu den über 200€ musste ich noch Zollgebühr bezahlen, obwohl free shipping angepriesen wird.
